What method of shipping do you use?
All machines are shipped by UPS and teflon sheets are shipped by USPS
How many days will it take for me to get my product if I order today?
UPS offers a delivery time map which you can find by clicking on "Delivery time map" on the top of our homepage.
Why is the shipping charge so high?
Your shipping cost is a standard cost that includes the shipping cost, insurance on the package, and package materials. Average box is about 70 to 80 lbs.
Why are your prices almost 1/3 of the price of your competitors?
Our company is known as a wholesale company that deals with high volume and we believe we can offer you low prices even if you only need one machine. Why pay triple the price for a machine that has the same concept which is heating the machine?
What model is your presses?
We deal with our own manufacturing company overseas known as XMTE, one of the largest manufacturers of heat press machines.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your machines?
Each machine comes with a 30 days return/exchange if you decide you don't like the press. Please know that machine must be shipped back to us within the 30 days for a refund on the purchase price. We offer 1 year warranty on all parts.
What if my item is damaged in transit?
We insure every package for this main reason. Please call us if package is damaged so we may file a claim on the package.
How do I know which press I will need to start up a new business?
If you call us, we may guide you in the right direction depending on your needs.
What are the condition of these heat press machines?
All our machines are brand new. We DO NOT carry any used or refurbished machines.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO address?
Sorry we can only deliver to a physical address as this is our policy and also UPS's
Do you take other methods of payment rather then credit card?
We can take only Money Orders and Cashier checks. No personal or business checks. Please allow 1-2 business days for check to clear before item is shipped.
Can I get any discounts on your machines?
We offer you a wholesale account once you place an order for 5 machines or more. This does not include the mug press machine as a part of the 5 total machines purchased to open an wholesale account. You may order 5 machines at one time or over time and discounts of $50 will be applied to each machine at purchase.
Do I get a discount on shipping if I order multiple machines?
Since each machine is shipped in its own box we cannot offer any shipping discounts as UPS does not offer us shipping incentives to ship to the same address.
